From 2008 Ksenia was working for the Goethe-Institut as a coordinator of projects, like Culture and development initiative in Eastern Europe, Central Asia and South Caucasus or the German Year in Russia in 2012. After that she built up the Partner Relation and CSR department at the Wintershall Russland GmbH in Moskau. In 2018 she founded the High Art Bureau GmbH.
Interests:
Ksenia is especially focused on consulting, project planning, Partner Relation and process management. She loves to conduct workshops on team and strategic development. Ksenia is a certified Lego Serious Play Facilitator.
