About Yoga

About our morning practice:
Our morning practice of yoga starts daily with two breathing exercises:

  • Kapalabhati (radiance of the skull)
  • Nadi Shoddhana (Purification of the energy channels)

Both of these practices will be adapted according to the level of individual experience + needs.

Then the practice of asanas begins, following the main sequence of Gyan Hatha Yoga, which includes + 42 poses. This sequence will also be adapted in accordance with the level of experience of each person + personal needs. Some poses can be discarded, and some others can be added.
Starting daily with a focused, conscious and stimulating psychophysical practice, our body-mind is enriched with the Life Force (Prana) and inspiration to act confidently from the state of rest and create beauty around us!

In the afternoon, our practice begins with a short explanation of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra, and continues with breathing exercises that help focus attention, relax the brain and prepare it for meditation. Our daily meditation is aimed at making effortlessly aware of the presence of our own being, the presence that is always and always available. Thanks to daily meditation, the brain rejuvenates a sense of clarity, a relaxed state of mind and increased concentration that can be applied to all areas of life.
